Contact us by email to let us know you are returning item.  Item must be returned in its original factory condition and original packaging within 5 days of purchase. We strongly recommend that  you ship the item insured and use Delivery Confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items you are returning.

ONLY UNSMOKED/UNDAMAGED PIPES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN.

Any item that has had custom alteration from its original condition is not returnable for exchange whether alteration was by Affordable Pipes or another person.
